Mission Statement

Shaler Area Youth Lacrosse is committed to providing safe, inclusive, and age-appropriate lacrosse opportunities for young athletes. Through the sport of lacrosse, we strive to foster sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, physical fitness, and skill development while creating a positive environment where every player can learn, grow, and succeed. We are dedicated to supporting the long-term growth of lacrosse within our community and helping young athletes develop both on and off the field.

Purpose

Shaler Area Youth Lacrosse is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our primary purpose is to promote, develop, and support youth lacrosse programs within the Shaler Area community and surrounding communities.

Our Commitment

We believe that youth sports play an important role in developing confident, responsible, and resilient young people. By providing quality coaching, meaningful competition, and a supportive team environment, Shaler Area Youth Lacrosse helps athletes build character, strengthen friendships, and develop a lifelong appreciation for teamwork, healthy activity, and community involvement.
